All orders $25 or more includes Free Ground Shipping.
We ship all orders with USPS unless otherwise specified. If you have any special shipping requirements or instructions, please note this in the comment section at checkout. Orders shipped via Standard (Ground) method will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be delivered by US Postal Service. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to a P.O. Box address.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error.
- Our warehouse does not ship orders over the weekends or or during holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
- Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
Shipping to Canada
We currently ship by USPS (United States Postal Service) for a majority of shipments in the US and ship only by USPS only for APO/FPO and Canadian addresses. Please allow 10-15 business days for shipments to Canada.
When checking out, please choose USPS for the most economical rate. We will ship your products in a box via USPS Priority Mail for you to avoid paying any duty or taxes. Please choose an address that is 'secured' where your package would not likely be stolen by others. If you are not going to be home during delivery hours, please change your shipping address to your work address instead. Seki Edge or JATAI International is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your door step by delivery men.
UPS Shipping
Rates for Standard to and from Canada do not include charges for customs clearance. For shipments from Mexico, routine customs clearance is included. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the importer unless otherwise indicated by the shipper. International Shipments

We do not ship outside of the USA and Canada on all online orders. Due to our agreement with our manufacturer, we only carry rights to sell within North America. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the US Postal Service. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from SekiEdge.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SekiEdge.com. Military APO/FPO and U.S. Territories
We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship expedited service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses.
Most items shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be received within 5 to 7 calendar days. Some orders may take up to 14 days, and sometimes longer depending on world events.
Oversized Packages and Special Circumstances
Please be aware that additional special handling charges may be applied for oversized packages, remote location delivery or high-value orders. We will contact you if your order qualifies for any of the above, and inform you the amount of additional payment that is required. You will be given the option to make payment or cancel your order.
